I moved to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane in 1994 with my husband & two young boys. We'd been buying & selling property for years and decided to sell our investments to move to the Sunshine Coast & buy a business.

In our new venture I was responsible for the visual merchandising for our Home and Giftware section. Having access to wholesale home-wares suppliers is such an advantage when it comes to decorating a home and we were soon back into buying and selling property for profit.

After 12 years we sold our business and I began selling real estate.

In the following months I saw numerous properties in need of simple and inexpensive changes that would add thousands of dollars to the price of the property. For many good reasons most agents are reluctant to give advice on property presentation. It was this experience that led me to start my own business to help people improve their property’s price perception and selling potential using these simple ideas.

Hi Kerie,

I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the work that you’ve put into our home. Your creative flair has found new space in our house. I almost did a double take in a couple of the rooms.
