The first step - discussing your needs

This is possibly the most important part of your consultation as it takes into consideration what outcomes are most important to you, possible time frames or budget restraints you’re dealing with & how your particular situation will influence the direction you decide to take.

What you can expect

With a better understanding of your situation we’ll then proceed with the viewing & consultation on your property. Starting with the property’s Street Appeal, approach & entry areas, followed by a room to room walk through the home & including outdoor entertainment areas & gardens.

We give careful consideration to such things as - the existing placement of items you already have and a combination of re-organising and adding simple, cost effective, new finishes or furnishings & suggested colour schemes that can completely transform your home. We’ll identify areas of interest that should be accentuated in the marketing & sale of the property as well as any problem areas or areas that leave room for improvement. This is a verbal report & we encourage you to take notes as we go.

We do photograph/video as we go through as we’ve found many people start with the Initial consultation & when they realise the benefits of the Report & check-listed Action Plan will often ask us to complete a written report for them to follow. Having photographs to refer to when doing the written report not only helps us to remember the finer details it can also uncover details that weren’t considered during the initial consultation.
